01Who this page covers
These rules apply to every account, profile, post, photo, video, and message on Crushie. The app is not made for children. To register, a person must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher.
If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or remove it and deal with the related personal information in line with safety duties and the law.
02Conduct that is prohibited
Crushie forbids content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or endangers a child. That includes:
- Creating, uploading, keeping, requesting, sharing, linking to, selling, or arranging child sexual abuse material.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion, trafficking, or planning sexual contact that involves a minor.
- Sexual comments, fantasies, role-play, images, or edited media about a real or apparent minor.
- Offering money, gifts, or status in exchange for sexual content or conduct from a minor.
- Threatening to publish material that involves a minor.
- Helping someone avoid detection for child sexual abuse or exploitation.
The ban still applies if someone calls the material fiction, humor, art, or consensual. A child cannot consent to sexual exploitation.
03How to report
Inside Crushie
Open the report control on the profile, post, or conversation and choose the closest child-safety reason. You may also block the account.
Email the youth-safety contact
Write to dowlentheiligdt217@gmail.com with the subject Youth safety — urgent. Include usernames, dates, and a short description of where the material appeared. Do not download, screenshot, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material.
Email the safety contactIf someone is in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services. In the United States, a report can also go to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Elsewhere, use local law enforcement or an INHOPE hotline listed at inhope.org.
04What happens after a report
Child-safety reports are reviewed, and relevant records may be preserved while that review is open. If a violation is confirmed, we may remove the material, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and block repeat access where that is appropriate and technically possible.
When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we act as the law requires, including a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or another appropriate regional authority when that duty applies. We respond to valid legal process from law enforcement.
05How this is maintained
- The ban on child sexual abuse and exploitation is published.
- People can report and block within the social features Crushie offers.
- Reports are assessed, violating material is removed, and accounts are enforced.
- A named contact is available for users and for Google Play.
- This page is reviewed when legal or store requirements change.
